Dentalcorp CFO Tchaplia to Become President

08:42 AM EDT, 06/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dentalcorp Holdings ( DNTCF ) said on Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Nate Tchaplia will leave his current role to become president of the network of dental practices.

In addition to overseeing Dentalcorp's ( DNTCF ) day-to-day operations, Tchaplia will be responsible for the development and execution of the company's long-term strategy alongside the company's CEO, founder and chairman, Graham Rosenberg.

Tchaplia will continue to serve as CFO on an interim basis until a replacement is found.

Additionally, Kevin Mosher, a member of the company's board, will immediately assume additional responsibilities as executive director.

Separately, the company agreed to continue to nominate Rosenberg as a director until Jan. 1, 2029, provided he continues to own not less than 2.5% of the company's outstanding subordinate voting shares and multiple voting shares.
