08:01 AM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dentsply Sirona ( XRAY ) said Tuesday in a Form 8-K filing it has appointed Michael Pomeroy as interim chief financial officer while the company identifies and appoints a permanent CFO.

Pomeroy will support Daniel T. Scavilla, president and chief executive officer, who will continue to serve as principal financial officer until a permanent CFO is appointed, the company said.

Pomeroy previously served as interim CFO of Highridge Medical, it added.
