Descartes Systems Acquires PackageRoute for $2 Million in Cash

03:46 AM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Descartes Systems ( DSGX ) said Thursday it has acquired PackageRoute for about $2 million in cash.

PackageRoute provides mobile and web-based software for the daily operations of final-mile package deliveries, the company said.

The acquisition was funded with cash on hand, the company said.
