07:43 AM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Descartes Systems Group ( DSGX ) said Monday that it has acquired Finale Inventory, a provider of cloud-based inventory management.

Under the terms of the deal, Descartes paid approximately $40 million of up-front consideration paid with cash on hand. It also includes an all-cash earnout of as much as $15 million, based on the combined business achieving revenue targets in each of the first two years post-acquisition.
