05:20 PM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Designer Brands ( DBI ) said late Wednesday that Jared Poff has decided to resign as executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief administrative officer from the company to pursue a new opportunity, effective Oct. 31.

The company said Mark Haley, its senior vice president, controller and principal accounting officer, will assume the role of interim principal financial officer, starting Nov. 1.
