06:48 AM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Deutsche Bank ( DB ) said late Wednesday that it has settled with more than 80 plaintiffs, addressing nearly 60% of the claims related to its Postbank acquisition.

The settlements, at 31 euros ($34.52) per share, include an agreement with the largest individual plaintiff who holds about one-third of the total claims.

The bank estimates the settlements represent about 45% of the provisions set aside, with the remainder to be released.

The company expects a positive impact of about 430 million euros on its pre-tax profit in the third quarter and said additional settlements could lead to further positive adjustments.
