DHC Acquisition Completes Merger With Brand Engagement Network

04:58 AM EDT, 03/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DHC Acquisition ( DHCA ) has completed its business combination with conversational AI technology provider Brand Engagement Network, according to a late Thursday statement.

The combined company will be called Brand Engagement Network and its shares are expected to start trading on Nasdaq on Friday under the ticker "BNAI."

Price: 8.09, Change: +0.39, Percent Change: +5.06
