05:49 PM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DHI Group ( DHX ) said late Thursday it appointed Greg Schippers as chief financial officer and Jack Connolly as chief legal officer, effective Tuesday.

Schippers has been serving as the company's interim CFO since November 2024, while Connolly has served as general counsel since May 2023.

DHI shares were down 6.2% in after-hours activity.
