July 16 (Reuters) - Spirits maker Diageo ( DEO ) is

planning to replace Chief Executive Officer Debra Crew and is

searching for a replacement to lead the company's turnaround,

the Financial Times reported on Wednesday, citing people

familiar with the matter.

Reuters could not immediately confirm the report.
