Diamondback Energy Prices $1.2 Billion Debt Offering

05:19 PM EST, 03/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Diamondback Energy ( FANG ) said Thursday it priced a debt offering to raise $1.2 billion.

The debt will be raised via 5.55% senior notes due April 1, 2035. The offering is expected to close on March 20.

Funds raised will be used for general corporate purposes, according to the company.
