DiamondRock Hospitality Q4 Adjusted FFO, Revenue Rise

03:43 AM EST, 02/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DiamondRock Hospitality ( DRH ) reported Q4 adjusted funds from operations late Thursday of $0.24 per diluted share, up from $0.18 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.16.

Total revenue was $279.1 million for the quarter ended Dec. 31, up from $263.5 million a year ago.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $272.2 million.

For 2025, the company expects adjusted FFO to be in a range of $0.94 to $1.06 per share. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.80.
