05:12 PM EST, 12/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DiamondRock Hospitality ( DRH ) said late Monday its board set a Q4 dividend of $0.23 a share, payable on Jan. 14 to shareholders of record on Dec. 31.

The dividend comprises a regular quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, unchanged from the previous quarter, and a stub dividend of $0.20 per share, the company said.
