07:18 AM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DiamondRock Hospitality ( DRH ) said Thursday that it will redeem all 4.8 million outstanding shares of its 8.250% series A cumulative redeemable preferred stock on Dec. 31.

The company said it intends to utilize approximately $121.5 million cash on hand to fund the $25 per share redemption price.

Shares of the company were down 2.1% in recent premarket activity.
