Diana Shipping Signs $3.9 Million Time Charter Contract With Cargill Ocean Transportation

09:27 AM EDT, 08/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Diana Shipping ( DSX ) said Friday it signed a time charter contract with Cargill Ocean Transportation for the m/v DSI Pegasus Ultramax dry bulk vessel.

The contract, at a gross charter rate of $14,250, is expected to generate about $3.9 million of gross revenue, the company said.

The charter starts on Aug. 15 and is for a minimum period through May 20, 2026, or maximum period through July 20, 2026, Diana Shipping ( DSX ) said.
