10:24 AM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Diana Shipping ( DSX ) said Thursday it has entered a memorandum of agreement, through a limited partnership, to sell its ultramax dry bulk vessel m/v DSI Drammen to an unaffiliated third party for about $26.9 million.

The delivery is expected to be completed by Oct. 31, according to a statement.

Diana Shipping ( DSX ) said it also expects to take delivery of two methanol dual-fuel Kamsarmax dry bulk vessels by H2 2027 and H1 2028, respectively.

Shares gained 0.5% in recent trading.
