10:46 AM EDT, 05/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Diebold Nixdorf ( DBD ) said Monday that Bankart, a payment processor in Slovenia and the surrounding areas, is transitioning its payment services using the company's Vynamic Transaction Middleware.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

This cloud-native solution is expected to enhance payment capabilities for automated teller machines, point of sale terminals, e-commerce, and other systems across 20 banks in six southeastern European countries, the company said.

Shares of Diebold Nixdorf ( DBD ) were up 2.8% in recent trading.
