Digi International Fiscal Q4 Earnings Flat, Revenue Down; Q1 Outlook Issued -- Shares Rise After-Hours

05:08 PM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Digi International ( DGII ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.52 per diluted share, the same as a year ago.

Four analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.50.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $105.1 million, down from $112.2 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by Capital IQ estimated $104.1 million.

Looking ahead, the company expects fiscal Q1 EPS of $0.46 to $0.50. Four analysts polled by Capital IQ expect adjusted EPS of $0.50.

Revenue for the fiscal quarter is projected to be $102 million to $106 million. Three analysts polled by Capital IQ are looking for $104.7 million.

Digi International ( DGII ) stock jumped nearly 12% in recent after-hours activity.
