09:08 AM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Digihost Technology ( DGHI ) , an energy infrastructure company developing data centers, said on Tuesday that with Nasdaq-listed NANO Nuclear Energy it made a joint submission to the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) request for information concerning the development of advanced nuclear energy technologies in New York State.

According to Digihost ( DGHI ), the RFI aims to gather information and gauge market interest for increased deployment of renewables and promoting the development of advanced nuclear technology such as NANO Nuclear's "ZEUS" and "ODIN" microreactors in development.
"Our joint response to the NYSERDA RFI brings us a step towards a cleaner and more efficient New York State," said Michel Amar, CEO of Digihost Technology ( DGHI ). "In addition to our 60-megawatt facility, nuclear powered solutions have the potential to reshape many other energy-intensive operations throughout the state."
Digihost's ( DGHI ) share price rose 4.4% on Monday to $2.60 on the TSXV.
