04:32 PM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Diginex ( DGNX ) said Tuesday it has signed strategic agreements with Indonesian technology firm iNEED to deliver sustainability reporting capabilities to more than 1,000 rural banks in Indonesia.

Under the deal, iNEED will pay Diginex ( DGNX ) about $1.7 million in upfront fees plus a revenue-sharing arrangement, the company said in a statement.

The initiative will use Diginex's ( DGNX ) diginexESG platform to support regulatory compliance, risk management and disclosure aligned with international standards and local rules.
