01:03 PM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Diginex ( DGNX ) said Wednesday it remains actively engaged in the final stages of completing transaction documentation over its planned acquisition of Resulticks Global Companies.

The company said the parties are working to finalize all remaining details, and will issue a further market update upon the formal execution of definitive documentation.

Diginex ( DGNX ) added that there can be no assurance about the timing of execution, or that the proposed transaction will be completed on the terms previously announced.
