09:52 AM EST, 01/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Diginex ( DGNX ) said Wednesday that it signed a definitive deal to acquire PlanA.earth, an AI-powered carbon accounting and decarbonization platform in Europe, through a cash and share transaction.

The company said it will pay 3 million euros ($3.5 million) in cash and issue about 6.7 million common shares valued at 52 million euros to the sellers.

Diginex ( DGNX ) said it expects the acquisition to improve its footprint in Europe and expand its offerings.
