05:21 PM EST, 12/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Diginex ( DGNX ) said late Thursday it will acquire The Remedy Project as part of its strategy to deliver comprehensive services for ESG compliance, supply chain due diligence, and remediation.

The acquisition of the Hong Kong-based advisory firm is expected to be completed soon, subject to closing conditions, the company said.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
