Digital Ally Sells Kansas Property for $5.9 Million; Shares Rise

11:33 AM EDT, 08/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Digital Ally ( DGLY ) said Wednesday it closed the sale of a commercial office building and associated property in Lenexa, Kansas, to Serenity Now for $5.9 million, exclusive of closing costs.

The deal closed Monday, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Digital Ally ( DGLY ) shares were up nearly 69% in recent trading.

Price: 1.42, Change: +0.58, Percent Change: +68.87
