11:54 AM EST, 11/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Digital Ally ( DGLY ) shares were down 8.7% in recent trading Friday after the company terminated the agreement to merge its Kustom Entertainment unit with Clover Leaf.

Digital Ally ( DGLY ), Clover Leaf, CL Merger Sub, purchaser representative and Kustom Entertainment entered into a mutual termination and release agreement on Thursday, according to Digital Ally ( DGLY ).

The companies agreed to the merger transaction in June that estimated Kustom Entertainment at an equity value of $125 million.
