Digital Brands Launches College NIL Apparel Push with Alabama Deal

03:10 PM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Digital Brands Group ( DBGI ) said Monday it has launched an initiative to significantly expand its presence in the college apparel sector focused on Name, Image, and Likeness, deals.

The company said it will begin its expansion with an exclusive three-year private label manufacturing agreement with Yea Alabama, the official NIL program for the University of Alabama.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

Under the deal, Digital Brands ( DBGI ) will exclusively design, manufacture, and distribute Alabama collegiate apparel through university bookstores and Yea Alabama's online store.

The NIL sector is part of the global licensed sports merchandise market, which is expected to reach $49 billion by 2030, the company said.
