11:05 AM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Digital Realty ( DLR ) said Tuesday it has been selected to host a supercomputer developed for artificial intelligence applications and powered using Nvidia ( NVDA ) semiconductors at a Digital Realty ( DLR ) data center in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The Export and Investment Fund of Denmark and the Novo Nordisk Foundation, the charitable organization and majority owner of Danish drug maker Novo Nordisk ( NVO ) , chose Digital Realty ( DLR ) for its AI-ready data center.

In addition to supplying nearly 200 Nvidia DGX H100 chip arrays and other AI infrastructure, the chipmaker also is providing related software platforms, expertise and training for the project, Digital Realty ( DLR ) said.

Digital Realty's ( DLR ) shares recently were drifting over 2% lower, while Nvidia ( NVDA ) and Novo Nordisk's ( NVO ) shares also were falling more than 2% in recent Tuesday trading.
