11:31 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DigitalBridge Group ( DBRG/PJ ) and La Caisse said Tuesday that they have completed their acquisition of Yondr Group from Cathexis Holdings.

The companies said they assumed a joint control of Yondr, a developer, owner, and operator of hyperscale data centers.

Shares of DigitalBridge ( DBRG/PJ ) were over 1% lower in recent trading.
