05:38 AM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DigitalBridge Group ( DBRG/PJ ) said Monday it has signed a deal to acquire Yondr Group through one of its managed investment funds.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

Yondr, a developer and operator of hyperscale data centers, will continue to operate as an independent company in DigitalBridge's ( DBRG/PJ ) portfolio, the company added.

DigitalBridge ( DBRG/PJ ) said it intends to complete the acquisition early next year.
