07:41 AM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DigitalBridge Group ( DBRG/PJ ) and Truespeed Communications Group have received approval from the European Commission for the acquisition of joint control of County Broadband, Freedom Fibre and Truespeed Communications.

The Commission said Friday that the deal, which primarily relates to the provision of fiber-to-the-premises services, would not raise competition concerns given its limited impact on the European Economic Area.
