08:35 AM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DigitalBridge ( DBRG/PJ ) division InfraBridge has agreed to sell its 50% stake in the Invenergy AMPCI Thermal Power portfolio, which it jointly owns with Invenergy, to ArcLight Capital Partners, the companies said Thursday.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

After the transaction's expected closing in H2, Invenergy will retain its existing ownership interest and operational role in the portfolio, which consists of 11 power infrastructure assets across North America, InfraBridge and ArcLight said.
