DigitalOcean's Q1 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Provides Q2, Fiscal 2025 Outlooks

08:24 AM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DigitalOcean ( DOCN ) reported Q1 non-GAAP earnings Tuesday of $0.56 per diluted share, up from $0.43 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.44.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $210.7 million, up from $184.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $208.6 million.

The cloud computing company said it expects Q2 non-GAAP net income of $0.42 to $0.47 on revenue of $215.5 million to $217.5 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect non-GAAP net income of $0.47 on revenue of $217.1 million.

The company said it expects 2025 non-GAAP net income of $1.85 to $1.95 and revenue of $870 million to $890 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect non-GAAP net income of $1.91 on revenue of $882 million.

Shares of DigitalOcean ( DOCN ) were down more than 2% in recent premarket activity.
