DIH Holdings US Closes $4.6 Million Unit Offering

05:55 PM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DIH Holdings US (DHAI) closed a public offering of almost 5.94 million units at $0.7832 apiece for $4.6 million in gross proceeds.

Each unit consists of one class A common share and one class A warrant to purchase one share with each warrant exercisable at $0.7832 a share, the company said Monday in a statement.

Proceeds will be used for capital expenditures, working capital and general corporate purposes.
