Dime Community Bancshares' Conrad Gunther to Retire; Names New Chief Commercial Officer

07:49 AM EDT, 10/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dime Community Bancshares ( DCOM ) said Monday that Conrad Gunther will retire at the end of 2025 after a 50-plus-year career in commercial banking.

The company said Thomas Geisel will succeed Gunther and has been appointed chief commercial officer.

Avi Reddy, the current chief financial officer, will take on the additional role of chief operating officer, overseeing all client-facing deposit businesses and supporting major strategic initiatives, it added.
