Dime Community Bancshares Prices $65 Million Subordinated Notes Due 2034

04:01 PM EDT, 06/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dime Community Bancshares ( DCOM ) said Wednesday that it has priced a $65 million offering of 9% fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due July 15, 2034.

Underwriters, including Raymond James and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, have the option to purchase up to an additional $9.75 million of the notes to cover possible over-allotments, the firm said. It expects to close the offering June 28.

Dime said it plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Price: 19.21, Change: +0.34, Percent Change: +1.80
