09:07 AM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dime Community Bancshares ( DCOM ) said Tuesday that a new branch location in New Jersey has received approval from the state's Department of Banking and Insurance.

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the New York State Department of Financial Services have previously approved the branch located at 500 Boulevard of Americas in Lakewood, the company said.

Construction of the branch is set to start in H2, with opening anticipated early next year, the company added.
