Diodes Names Gary Yu as CEO

08:37 AM EDT, 05/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Diodes (DIOD) said Wednesday it has named Gary Yu as chief executive officer, effective immediately.

Yu, who has served as president since January 2024, succeeds Keh-Shew Lu, who will continue as board chair, the company said.
