05:27 PM EST, 01/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DIRTT Environmental Solutions ( DRTTF ) , after the market close on Monday said it made two changes to its executive team, with chief operating officer Rich Hunter departing and Aaron Merkin joining as chief technology officer, both effective immediately.

"Rich joined DIRTT at a pivotal moment and was instrumental in the turnaround of our manufacturing processes, including significant safety improvements and reduction of defects," said chief executive Benjamin Urban.

Merkin brings extensive technology leadership experience spanning private equity-backed ventures to Fortune 500 corporations, the company said.

Shares of the company closed down $0.01 to $0.89 on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Monday.
