Discovery Silver Down as it Enters Resource Development Agreement With Taykwa Tagamou Nation

10:29 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Discovery Silver ( DSVSF ) shares fell 14% Tuesday after it entered into a Resource Development Agreement with Taykwa Tagamou Nation (TTN).

The company said the RDA is intended to establish a framework for ongoing consultation and communication for the purpose of "establishing a cooperative, mutually beneficial and respectful relationship between the parties and provide a basis for support of Discovery's mining and mineral processing activities within TTN's traditional territory."

TTN will file a notice of discontinuance in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice with respect to an action brought by TTN which named Discovery Silver ( DSVSF ) as a defendant.

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.87 at $4.83 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
