Disney, Fox, Warner sports-streaming venture Venu priced at $42.99 per month

Aug 1 (Reuters) - Venu Sports, the sports-streaming

service formed by Walt Disney ( DIS ), Fox and Warner

Bros Discovery ( WBD ), will be priced at $42.99 per month with

a seven-day free trial, it said on Thursday.

The companies announced the service in February to woo

younger viewers who are not tuned in to cable TV by bundling

their broad portfolio of sports rights including the National

Football League, the National Basketball Association and the

FIFA World Cup.
