Distoken Acquisition to Merge With Youlife International

10:56 AM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Distoken Acquisition ( DIST ) and Youlife International Holdings said Monday they will combine, with Distoken becoming the vehicle for Youlife to debut on the Nasdaq Stock Market.

Once the deal is completed, the combined company will trade under the YOUL ticker symbol, they said.

Distoken will provide strategic support and financial resources for Youlife in addition to creating a capital platform for the company in the US stock markets. More information will become available through regulatory filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the companies said.

Distoken shares were fractionally higher in recent mid-morning trading.
