Distribution Solutions Group's Gexpro Services to Buy Tech-Component Resources

05:10 PM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Distribution Solutions Group ( DSGR ) said Tuesday that its operating company Gexpro Services agreed to acquire Tech-Component Resources, a Southeast Asian distributor of fasteners, mechanical parts and other industrial products.

The deal will be financed using current cash reserves and is slated to close in Q4, according to Distribution Solutions ( DSGR ).
