05:28 PM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Diversified Royalty ( BEVFF ) said Tuesday its board of directors approved a cash dividend of $0.02083 per common share for the period of June 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024, which is equal to $0.25 per common share on an annualized basis.

The dividend will be paid on June 28 to shareholders of record on June 14.

DIV is a multi-royalty corporation, engaged in the business of acquiring royalties from multi-location businesses and franchisors in North America.
