04:26 PM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DLocal ( DLO ) closed a secondary offering of 17.25 million Class A shares at $12.75 apiece.

The offering included 2.25 million shares from the full exercise of the underwriters' option, and the securities were sold by an entity associated with General Atlantic, DLocal ( DLO ) said Friday in a statement.

DLocal ( DLO ) is not selling any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds.
