08:15 AM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DLocal ( DLO ) said Thursday that a secondary offering of 15 million class A common shares by an entity linked with private equity firm General Atlantic has been priced at $12.75 per share.

The entity associated with General Atlantic will offer underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 2.3 million shares at the same price.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
