DLocal Reveals Secondary Offering of 15 Million Shares

05:01 PM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DLocal ( DLO ) announced late Wednesday the launch of a secondary offering of 15 million class A common shares by an entity linked with General Atlantic.

The selling shareholder will offer underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 2.3 million shares at the offering price, according to a statement.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
