04:50 PM EDT, 09/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DMG Blockchain Solutions ( DMGGF ) after trade Monday said its Alberta-based affiliate Systemic Trust achieved System and Organization Controls (SOC) compliance.

The certification, governed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, confirms Systemic Trust meets high security standards for protecting customer data, the company said.

The SOC 2 Type 1 report was issued on Aug. 29 and Systemic Trust will also undergo a SOC 2 Type 2 review in 2025 as part of its commitment to ongoing compliance, the company added.

DMG shares closed up $0.025 to $0.445 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
