07:20 AM EST, 01/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DMG Blockchain Solutions ( DMGGF ) overnight Monday said at the end of December, it held 403 bitcoins (BTCs) compared with 380 BTCs in November.

The company said it mined 23 BTCs in December compared with 22 BTCs in November. The hashrate was 1.77 EH/s compared with 1.81 EH/s a month ago.

"DMG continues to have discussions with potential partners to convert its Christina Lake facility into a world-class AI data center, as we believe this will be transformational for DMG," said DMG Blockchain Solutions ( DMGGF ) Chief Executive Sheldon Bennett. "For the longer-term, we are cultivating relationships with the Canadian government, enterprises and Indigenous communities to build the foundation for a significant AI colocation business."

Shares of the company closed up 10.4% to $0.265 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
