04:48 PM EDT, 08/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DMY Squared Technology Group ( DMYY ) said late Friday it received a NYSE American notice for noncompliance with the listing requirement of timely filing its quarterly report on Form 10-Q.

The notice does not immediately impact stock listing or trading. Failure to regain compliance could result in delisting from the exchange, according to a statement.

The company said it has until Feb. 19, 2026, to file Form 10-Q for Q2.
