DNOW Approves $160 Million Stock Buyback Plan

07:53 AM EST, 01/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DNOW ( DNOW ) said Friday the board has approved a new plan for the buyback of up to $160 million of its common shares.

The move follows the completion of DNOW's ( DNOW ) $80 million buyback plan announced previously, the company said.

DNOW ( DNOW ) shares were up over 4% in recent Friday premarket activity.
