DNOW Completes Whitco Supply Acquisition

10:20 AM EDT, 03/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DNOW ( DNOW ) said Tuesday it has completed its all-cash acquisition of Whitco Supply.

Whitco provides energy products to the midstream market, as well as the broader energy sectors, the company said.

DNOW ( DNOW ) shares were down 1.1% in recent trading.
